For web agencies using ClickUp

Website feedback that lands in ClickUp—not another inbox.

Let clients point to exactly what needs changing. Bring their comments, screenshots and page details into ClickUp, where your team already manages the work.

Good ideas deserve a great website.

Sound familiar?

Less “Which page
did you mean?”

A client sends a screenshot. Another sends an email. A new request gets buried in yesterday’s message thread.

Your team has to work out what each person means, copy the requests into ClickUp and remember where to send the replies.

The planned tool keeps the request, its visual context and the client-facing conversation together.

Email thread

“Can we change that image?”

Another follow-up

“Which page did you mean?”

A separate message

“Has this been updated yet?”

The planned product

A feedback layer.
Not another project system.

The client points to the change. Your team gets the context. The work stays in ClickUp.

For your clients

Point to something on the website, explain the change and see follow-up—without needing a ClickUp account.

For your team

Receive ClickUp tasks with comments, screenshots and page details. Share only the replies you intend clients to see.

For your agency

Basic agency branding, guest reviewers and one connected ClickUp workspace in the proposed plan.

How setup would work

Planned for supported review and staging websites. Clients would not need a browser extension. Your team would still make the changes—the tool would not edit websites or fix code automatically.

Good questions

Before you ask.

Can I use it on a client website now?

Not yet. The interactive example demonstrates the planned experience; it is not a working trial. There is no confirmed launch date.

Would clients need ClickUp or a browser extension?

The planned guest experience would require neither. Your agency would handle the website-script installation and ClickUp connection.

Would clients see our internal conversations?

The planned integration would expose only replies deliberately shared with clients and supported status updates—not ordinary internal ClickUp notes.

Which websites would it support?

The initial scope is review and staging websites where your agency can install the script. Compatibility, project and usage limits would be confirmed before offering access.

Does it make the requested changes?

No. It would capture and organise feedback. Your developers would still implement the changes.

What happens after I request an invitation?

Digital Hawk will follow up about your project and whether the proposed standard workflow fits. An invitation request does not guarantee access or a release date, and no payment is taken at this stage.
