• Sending domain (required)
• Email address (required)
• Optional: platform + bounce/error text
• Click/UTM parameters (e.g. gclid, utm_*) for attribution

How we use it

• To produce and send your fix plan
• To follow up about implementation (if you want it)
• To measure which ads/pages produce leads

Data retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed for support, records, and basic reporting.

Request deletion

Email support@digitalhawk.ai and we’ll handle it.
